I’ve been staying here for 3 years and I think this apartment is the most cost-efficient place among gated communities in Lubbock. There maintenance is awesome and the location is also good (near golf course and Walmart and 15mins away from TTU).

Nice place to live, but some of the club house amenities could've used a little more work or maintenance. That being said I stand by my ratings and am glad to've called this place home.

My Time at Ashton Pointe.

I loved living at Ashton Pointe! I rarely had problems with my apartment, but when I did, maintenance was there to fix it within the hour. Always felt like the staff was welcoming and enjoyed working to help me. Neighbors were very quiet and friendly, and the covered parking was great! Thanks for having me for the last two years, I would definitely stay longer if I was staying in the area.

Best apartment in Lubbock

This is the one of the best apartments in Lubbock. Hands down. Friendly staffs and safe space. Many families live here as well, which is a good indicator of the quality of living.

Aston Pointe is a very comfortable and safe place to call home. The property is gated and has very well manicured lawns throughout the year. The pools are cleaned daily and the doggie park is a treat to the pets in the community. The property manager Alyssa is very helpful and hands on with the management of the property. Bottom line she cares about the property and the residents! I have been in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years and would rate this property one of the best ran in town!

These apartments are incredible, cleanliness, attention, they do not lie to you, it is very safe to rent in these apartments, my husband and I are happy. Kirsten Reyna was in charge of our rental process, she is a very kind person and has many charisma to serve people.

I have lived at Ashton Pointe for 2+ years and am in the process of signing another lease. It is quiet, safe, homey and very affordable. The apartments themselves are good quality that hold up to the West TX weather and have a spacious interior design. My favorite part of living here, by far, is the office and maintenance staff. They will take care of your every need as if it were their own. Highly recommend this complex for families and/or college students.

Customer service is second to none, the best around. Very sweet front desk team. Apartments are spacious, built with quality, and feel very up to date with their deep brown wooden floors and carpet choices. Fireplaces are really neat as well.

5 Star Review: Sometimes in life we come across people who leave a lasting impression or unforgettable impact on us when we meet them and no doubt that is what Ms. Kirsten Reyna did for my Daughter and I when we went in for a scheduled appointment on Saturday to view an apartment in consideration of residing there. I’m not sure what we enjoyed more, the tour or Ms. Reyna’s charm and very funny personality or the amazingly beautiful property. We felt so at home there because of her.
