I have lived at Ashton Pointe for 2+ years and am in the process of signing another lease. It is quiet, safe, homey and very affordable. The apartments themselves are good quality that hold up to the West TX weather and have a spacious interior design. My favorite part of living here, by far, is the office and maintenance staff. They will take care of your every need as if it were their own. Highly recommend this complex for families and/or college students.

Customer service is second to none, the best around. Very sweet front desk team. Apartments are spacious, built with quality, and feel very up to date with their deep brown wooden floors and carpet choices. Fireplaces are really neat as well.

The best apartment I’ve lived in since I’ve moved to Lubbock! The front Office has always been friendly and easy to work with involving maintenance, rent, or simple complaints. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quite place to stay at.

This is a great apartment complex with a nice park and nice pools. Great area with plenty of places within walking distance. I had an apartment back in 2007 and my step daughter lived here just recently before she got a new house. The staff is friendly and professional and I highly recommend.

I have to say that this apartment and management team has been nothing but pleasant, patient and super easy to work with. My daughter and I have toured several properties here in Lubbock and we had some pretty interesting encounters with the offices of different complexes. From start to finish they have been nothing but Helpful and went over the top in order to make sure that all of our questions were answered. I have lived here for going on 2 years, after I sold my house and have really loved it. The school's (elementary & the middle school) are in Frenship ISD and RIGHT around the corner which is SO convenient. I also love that we have an attached garage to our apartment. The maintenance staff here is amazing and has taken the best care of us & the office staff has always been helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to Ashton Pointe Apartments.

This has been a great place to live. Maintenance is fast. Front office staff is very friendly. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Like that it is gated. 3 pools!!!!
